Frequently Asked Questions

We use the natural wax mixture EcoSystem Rapeseed & Coconut (RCX). This wax is made in Europe and is made from rapeseed oil and coconut oil. It is completely free of paraffin, soy, palm, beeswax and synthetic additives.

You should not burn the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
This reduces the risk of black soot coming off the flame and reduces the amount of black residue left around the rim of the pot.
It is important that the first burning lasts for 4 hours, so that the wax has time to melt to the edges of the pot.
This creates a candle memory, which means that when you burn the candle for the second time, no tunnel formation should occur.

Our candles fill a medium-sized room with a pleasant scent.
For larger rooms or rooms with high ceilings we recommend our 10oz candles.
We recommend lighting our 8oz candles in a smaller space, such as a bathroom or utility room.
Because we use RCX Wax, our candles will not have the same scent distribution as paraffin candles.
We prefer that our candles are not overpowering, but can be used every day.

We try to dispatch our products within 24 business hours and it normally takes 2-3 days for our courier services to reach you.

Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product via email: info@dilusso-scents.com to initiate a return.
If five working days have passed since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted for return.
